Video of Classroom Activities The video below shows the classroom activities during the lesson in EFL in SMP Negeri 1 Sumbang.  First, the teacher explained the material. The material was about "Asking Permission" that they use in daily life.  Second, the teacher said the conversation in the book, the the students should repeat it. *We have to say sorry, because the first and second steps was not recorded.*  Third, the teacher asked the students to make group of four. they had to practice the conversation in the book with their friends. Fourth, the students practiced the conversation in front of class. they did it until all the students pratice it.

Conclusion and Suggestion     Based on observations that have been made, it can be concluded that:      - A conducive learning process can be created if the learning methods applied are appropriate.      - The method applied in class VIII C learning is a drilling method.    - In carrying out learning activities, teachers must pay attention to a number of things so that learning objectives can be achieved, including by making the learning atmosphere more interesting, and also being able to manage class well.    After we do this observations, we hope we can be a good teacher in the future. A good teacher means that we can build English class with our creativity that makes the students happy when they learn. 

New Learning Method     Based on the weaknesses related to the learning model above, we recommend using a new learning method. Learning methods that are appropriate to the material and conditions in the classroom are using the Scientific Learning. In the scientific learning approach there are several steps that must be passed by the students.    In the material "Asking Permission" there are many dialogue conversations that exist in the material. So to make learning material more fun and can attract students' attention, learning media can be added in the form of hand puppets. These hand puppets are used at the beginning of learning to attract the attention of students in learning English.    The steps in learning Scientific Learning, namely: 1. Observation Result A. EFL Class Identify      On this occasion, we had the chance to observe English learning activities carried out in SMP NEGERI 1 SUMBANG, on October 30, 2019 at 07.15 - 09.00 (2 hours). The students observed were students of class VIII C. The observations made this time had the opportunity to observe the “Asking Permission” material learning activities. The asking permission material is English material to ask permission from someone for the information needed. B. Observation Result a.  a.
