New Learning Method     Based on the weaknesses related to the learning model above, we recommend using a new learning method. Learning methods that are appropriate to the material and conditions in the classroom are using the Scientific Learning. In the scientific learning approach there are several steps that must be passed by the students.    In the material "Asking Permission" there are many dialogue conversations that exist in the material. So to make learning material more fun and can attract students' attention, learning media can be added in the form of hand puppets. These hand puppets are used at the beginning of learning to attract the attention of students in learning English.    The steps in learning Scientific Learning, namely: 1. Introduction of The Observation A. Background      The learning method is an important component for a teacher in achieving success teaching a class material.
